All Boori furniture is built to order and delivered to your door and assembled (where applicable) at your home. Boori will contact you shortly after placing your order with us to confirm receipt of the order content and to advise of an expected delivery date. Closer to the delivery date, Boori will contact you again to confirm the deliver and build day.
Boori furniture is built to order and takes approx 6 to 8 weeks from order placement to delivery, but can be much sooner. We do hold a small stock of Boori Mattresses, but when ordering online you accept that we may not have it immediately in stock, and it will be ordered in for delivery on to you.
UK Mainland ONLY: ONLY order Boori furniture if your delivery destination is within the UK Mainland. Boori do NOT deliver to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or the Channel Islands, unless delivering to a local Boori stockist.
A House of Baby advisor will contact you shortly after placing your order with us to discuss if you wish just the deliver or combined deliver and build service from Boori. Deliver is non optional and must be agreed for all online orders. Build service is optional in all cases. Once you have decided on the deliver and/or build service, we will arrange separate collection (if applicable) of the fee prior to processing your complete order.
Real Stock Status - In Real Time!
House of Baby sells online from stock and on some occasions, provides items on a 3-10 working day basis. This means that if an items states that it is 'In Stock', then the item is sat in our warehouse, awaiting your order for same, or next working day despatch to you. This is not a manually controlled or cosmetic stock display function, but a real-time stock state connected to actual stock values.
Can the same be said of other websites:
Many websites state that the item you are after is in stock, but how accurate or true is that information? At House of Baby you can test to see if we are telling the truth about our stock availability by adding an item to your shopping basket and then increasing the quantity within the shopping basket to an absurd level. Our system will tell you if you have exceeded our real-time stock level and ask you to adjust accordingly. When you have tested this on our website, try it on other sites that state that an item is in stock and see how many hundreds you can buy from stock holdings with them, which is obviously a sham and not reporting true stock availability.
Order Despatch:
All items ordered from us that are stocked items and displayed as 'In Stock' are despatch same or next working day by 24 hour courier (mainland UK). In some instances, receipt may take 1 to 3 days depending on weather conditions or position within the UK (Highlands, Islands etc). Small or items below a certain value are sent using Royal Mail and can take approx 7 days to arrive.

Note: This is not all of our items, just the ones which have been taken out of packaging for your test and review.

Why? House of Baby has a unique ‘Real Time’ stock system connected to both our Retail and Ecommerce operations that is up to the second accurate . Too many nursery retailers have inaccurate information on availability of Stock and none have the visible stock system abilities of House of Baby to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
2. Our price promise will include any Delivery costs.
3. The item must be the same colour and specification.
4. Stock status must be like for like.
