IMPROVED side impact protection
The head and shoulder areas in children are especially vulnerable, since the head is still relatively heavy compared to the rest of the body. With the use of the high-performance material we call Honey Comb V2 in the head and shoulder protectors, this important zone is particularly well protected. The shoulder protectors are also shaped specifically to provide the best protection in the event of a crash, which is why they have this unique shape.
NEW kiddy shock absorber (KSA)
For the first time a children’s car seat has taken proven ‘crumple zone’ technology from the car industry to make an even safer car seat for older children. The KSA – the kiddy shock absorber, sits either side of the seat shell and is red in colour. For children over 18kg, it rests against the adult seatbelt when fitted. In the event of a collision the force of impact created which makes the seatbelt pull taut, is transferred into the KSA and literally deforms the special crumple zone materials inside. No other car seat manufacturer offers this fantastic new feature which is patented by kiddy.
Breathable Thermotex fabric
Nothing is more unpleasant than sitting in sticky, sweaty clothes on a hot summer day – and that goes for adults as well as for children. To counteract this we at kiddy have introduced our breathable Thermotex fabric to specific areas of our seats. This material increases air circulation ensuring a comfortable seating environment, making even long car trips enjoyable.

The unique adjustment mechanism allows for the height and width of the seat to be altered with just one squeeze of a hand on the back of the seat.Particularly easy fitting reduces the risk of incorrect installation and gives you peace of mind time after time.

Pre Ordering: House of Baby takes receipt of Kiddy products on a weekly basis, ordering the most popular items from those ranges to accommodate demand, but on occasions demand can oustrip our orders.
If one or more items within this page are stated as 'Pre Order' then you will be able to add the items to your shopping basket and proceed with an order for those items with us online.
The delivery schedule for these items under a pre order status, is currently 2 to 4 weeks from point of order.
If we are advised by Kiddy of any delay for a particular item that you have on pre-order with us, we will contact you and advise you of that delay as promptly as is possible to ascertain your acceptance to continue with your order, or whether you wish to cancel the order.
Real Stock Status - In Real Time!
House of Baby sells online from stock and on some occasions, provides items on a 3-10 working day basis. This means that if an items states that it is 'In Stock', then the item is sat in our warehouse, awaiting your order for same, or next working day despatch to you. This is not a manually controlled or cosmetic stock display function, but a real-time stock state connected to actual stock values.
Can the same be said of other websites:
Many websites state that the item you are after is in stock, but how accurate or true is that information? At House of Baby you can test to see if we are telling the truth about our stock availability by adding an item to your shopping basket and then increasing the quantity within the shopping basket to an absurd level. Our system will tell you if you have exceeded our real-time stock level and ask you to adjust accordingly. When you have tested this on our website, try it on other sites that state that an item is in stock and see how many hundreds you can buy from stock holdings with them, which is obviously a sham and not reporting true stock availability.
Order Despatch:
All items ordered from us that are stocked items and displayed as 'In Stock' are despatch same or next working day by 24 hour courier (mainland UK). In some instances, receipt may take 1 to 3 days depending on weather conditions or position within the UK (Highlands, Islands etc). Small or items below a certain value are sent using Royal Mail and can take approx 7 days to arrive.
